Privacy Policy – Health Data Export

Health Data Export helps you export your health information from Health Connect to your Google Sheets account and/or to CSV files on your device.

1) Information We Collect

a) Health data (via Health Connect)

If you grant permission, the app can read health data from Health Connect, such as:

Activity (e.g., steps, distance, calories, exercise sessions)
Body measurements (e.g., weight, body fat, height)
Sleep information
Vitals (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose)
Nutrition and cycle tracking data

We do not collect or receive this health data on our own servers. Health data is processed on your device and exported only to destinations you choose.

b) Google account information

If you connect Google, the app uses Google Sign-In to access your account for exporting data to Google Sheets. The app may access:

Your selected Google account email address
Permission to create/update spreadsheets you select

c) App settings and preferences (stored locally)

The app stores certain settings on your device, including selected data types, Spreadsheet IDs, export frequency, and purchase status. These are stored locally on your device.

d) Billing information (Premium feature)

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment card information; Google only shares limited purchase status to enable features.

2) How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Read health data from Health Connect (with permission)
Export data to your Google Sheet or CSV files
Display export status and enable premium features
Improve app stability and error reporting

3) Data Sharing and Disclosure

a) Google Sheets: Data is sent to the spreadsheet you specify, subject to Google’s privacy policy.

b) No sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal or health data.

c) No third-party analytics: We do not share health data with third-party analytics or advertising networks.

4) Data Storage and Retention

Health data is processed on-device and exported to your chosen destination.
Settings remain on your device until the app is uninstalled or data is cleared.
Exported data remains in your control within Google Sheets or CSV files.

5) Your Choices and Controls

You can revoke Health Connect permissions, disconnect your Google account, delete exported files, or uninstall the app at any time.

6) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your device and Google account.

7) Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will update the “Effective date” and provide notice within the app or store listing.

Terms of Service – Health Data Export

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Health Data Export, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Health Data Export provides a tool to facilitate the transfer of health data from Health Connect to Google Sheets or local CSV files. We do not provide medical advice or health services.

3. User Responsibilities

Data Accuracy: You acknowledge that the app merely exports data provided by Health Connect. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the source data.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and mobile device.
Compliance: You must use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and Google Play Store policies.

4. Premium Features and Billing

Certain features, such as "Auto Export," require a one-time purchase or subscription. All billing is handled through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Teqxnology shall not be liable for any data loss, spreadsheet corruption, or unauthorized access to your Google account resulting from the use of this app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. You may terminate these terms by uninstalling the app and revoking its access to your Google account.
